Jacob Chacko is a Senior Environmental Employment (SEE) Program  participant. Jacob shares his journey from his education in India to teaching and then government service in Malaysia and finally moving to  the United States. Through the SEE program, Jacob found training to  continue his work as a teacher, providing job training with software and  computer systems at the EPA.
