Pablo Rosas

Pablo Rosas
Bayview Manor, Kitchen Assistant, Seattle, WA.

I was a self-employed artist in the Philippines. My wife and I have  seven children, and I was also taking care of my grandchildren.

I came to Seattle with my wife in July 2012 through the help of my brother. I heard about NAPCA through my friends at Asian Counseling Referral Services(ACRS). I applied to the Senior Community Service Employment Program(SCSEP) and was assigned to Bayview Manor as a kitchen assistant in May 2019. I tried my best to work hard, and as a result,  my supervisor hired me as a full-time employee with benefits. I am happy  with my job at Bayview Manor. I am thankful that I found NAPCA because through the job training at Bayview Manor, I was able to get a job with  benefits.
