Rose Y. Bach is the Chief of Staff for the National Asian Pacific Center on Aging (NAPCA) providing Corporate Leadership Team and Board of Director strategic alignment and operational efficiency. Working with the CEO, Rose builds strong relationships with team members across the organization to influence positive outcomes. Her goal is to ensure internal leadership communications are clearly defined so all staff are informed and inspired to keep the focus on serving the AANHPI seniors.

Rose has built her career supporting Corporate Executives and Board of Directors in both non-profit and for-profit corporate operations. Her passion is to ensure all people are treated fairly and have a clear vision of how to be successful.

She is also passionate in maintaining a life/work balance and enjoys family time, cooking, entertaining and volunteering.
