Multilingual Helpline Calls Since 2004

NAPCA’s Helpline, established in 2004, helps AANHPI older adults with limited English proficiency across the country navigate and access services including Medicare, Medicaid, ACA Marketplace, Social Security, SSI, SNAP, LIHEAP, vaccinations, etc. Since its launch, we have answered 250,000+ calls, assisted with 40,000+ enrollments, and currently handle 5000+ calls annually, providing support in Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Vietnamese, and English.
