This position offers an in-person schedule.

Program Requirements (MUST meet ALL three minimums listed below):
  • 55 years of age or older (in accordance with Public Law 98-313 and the Older American Workers Act). For more information: Senior Environmental Employment (SEE) Program | US EPA

  • a US citizen

  • eligible to work in the US.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum two years of experience in Industrial Hygiene, Construction/Code Enforcement or a Bachelors Degree in Sciences, Construction, Engineering/ Environmental Health Studies


General Summary:

Inspector for Lead Based Paint program. Support ECAD Pesticides and Toxics Section on TSCA Lead Based Paint and FIFRA Pesticides work.


Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Conduct TSCA-LBP inspections, off-site compliance and support case development and other LBP work.

  • Support FIFRA enforcement and programmatic work.
